Chaoya Motor is a company that develops and produces low-noise, high-quality reduction gearboxes, gearbox motors, reduction motors and other products. Among them, the reduction motor plays the role of matching speed and transmitting torque between the prime mover and the working machine or actuator. It is a relatively precise machine. However, due to the harsh working environment of the reduction motor, failures such as wear and leakage often occur.
In order to reduce the occurrence of faults, we must first understand the usage techniques of reduction motors.
1. Users should use it rationally and carefully and record the operation of the reduction motor and problems found during inspection. When it is found that the oil temperature rises above 80°C or the oil pool temperature exceeds 100°C or abnormal noise is generated, the user should Stop using it, check the cause, troubleshoot the problem, and replace the lubricating oil before continuing to operate.
2. The oil must be changed after the reduction motor has cooled down and there is no danger of burning. However, it should still be kept warm, because after cooling, the viscosity of the oil increases, making it difficult to drain the oil. Note: Cut off the power supply of the driving device to prevent inadvertent power on.
3. After 200 to 300 hours of operation, the oil should be changed. The quality of the oil should be checked regularly in future use. Oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated must be replaced in time. Generally, for geared motors that work continuously for a long time, Replace new oil after 5,000 hours of operation or once a year; the reduction motor that has been out of service for a long time should also be replaced with new oil before re-operation; the reduction motor should be filled with the same oil as the original brand, and must not be mixed with oil of different brands. The same brand Oils with different viscosities are allowed to be mixed.
