1. During maintenance, first check whether the power supply of the AC relay and the thermal protection relay is normal.
2. Failures caused by damage to the AC relay winding coil or rust on the magnet are more common.
3. Is the winding of the AC relay open circuit. If it is not open circuit, check whether the wiring contacts of the thermal protection relay are conductive.
Maintenance method
1. Check the power supply and restore normal power supply.
2. During actual maintenance, remove rust from the magnet. Damaged coils should be replaced in time.
3. Repair the AC relay to make the contacts in good contact.
