The reduction gearbox is a common drive structure that is used in various fields. The installation and use of the reduction gearbox is directly related to the operating effect of the reduction gearbox. How to reasonably install and use the reduction gearbox, pay attention to the following matters:


Precautions before installation:


1. Check whether the matching size of the hole (or shaft) connected to the gearbox meets the requirements.

2. The installation shaft should be cleaned before use, and check whether the installation shaft has scratches and dirt. If there are any, they should be cleaned up.


Precautions during the installation process:


1. When installing the drive part on the output shaft of the reduction gearbox, attention must be paid to gentle operation. It is forbidden to use tools such as hammers for rough installation. Use the internal thread of the assembly fixture and the end shaft for installation, and press the drive part into the reducer with the force of screwing in the bolts. This can protect the internal parts of the reducer from damage.

2. When installing the reduction gearbox, pay special attention to the centering of the drive center axis. The centering error cannot exceed the use compensation of the coupling used by the reducer. After the reducer is aligned as required, a more ideal driving effect and a longer service life can be obtained.

3. The driving connection parts of the reduction gearbox should be equipped with protective devices when necessary, such as protrusions on the connection parts or gears, sprockets, etc. If the radial load on the output shaft is large, a reinforced type should also be selected.

4. The fixation of the reduction gearbox is important, and it should be stable and firm. Generally speaking, we should install the reducer on a horizontal foundation or base. If the reducer is not fixed well, it will cause vibration, abnormal noise, etc., and the reduction motor itself will be damaged unnecessarily.

5. It is generally not allowed to use a hammer to knock the pulley, coupling, pinion or sprocket into the output shaft, which will damage the bearing and shaft.

6. The reduction gearbox can only be installed on a flat, shock-absorbing, and torsion-resistant support structure
